Returned products must:

Exceptions to withdrawal may apply to:

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

8. Returns and Defective Products

If a product is defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

If confirmed defective, we will:
