SHIPPING INFORMATION

We encourage you to support your local scene and check your local shop for Stinky Socks. If they don’t currently carry our products, feel free to let them know you’d like to see us there.

Our online shop ships worldwide.

All orders are processed within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped either the same day or the next working day.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

🇺🇸 USA & Canada

Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Bulgaria via FedEx.
Estimated delivery time: 4–5 business days.

🇧🇬 Bulgaria & 🇬🇷 Greece

Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Bulgaria via ECONT.
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days.

If you prefer a different shipping method, please mention it in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

🇪🇺 Europe

Orders are shipped via DHL (or equivalent courier service).

  • Germany: Approximately 2 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 2–4 business days

🌍 Rest of the World

All other international orders are shipped from Bulgaria via FedEx.
Estimated delivery time: up to 10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier conditions.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us at mail@stinkyfamily.com.

RETURNS

You may return any item within 30 days after receiving it.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging

You may:

  • Exchange the item for another product, or

  • Request a refund

Refunds cover the product cost only and do not include original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
